Throughout the year, we enhance our curriculum offer by enriching the learning experiences we offer with visits, visitors, celebrations and fun. Our school owned mini buses allow us to visit local parks and community projects and this year children have visited the Alston Lane observatory, seen seasonal changes in Moor Park and linked local History to a visit to the old tram bridge at Avenham Park in addition to travelling further afield to cities such as Liverpool and Manchester.

We have a very active choir who go out into the community to sing and more recently enjoyed a visit to Manchester to take part in the Young Voices Choir experience.
