Ramadan

 

This week Mrs Kamran talked to the children about Ramadan. We learned that Muslims decorate their homes just like many of us do at Christmas. The children were very interested to learn that Muslims have something similar to an advent calendar to count down to Eid. Mrs Kamran brought in some decorations so that we could decorate our home corner and she brought us some traditional Muslim clothes to try which we have enjoyed wearing.
